Shell and tube heat exchanger: Design guidelines, references, calculations for overall heat transfer coefficient, cross flow area and leakage streams, critical velocity, pressure drop at tubeside. Mechanical design calculations for major component such as shell, head/bonnet, shell support, nozzles, tubes, shell flanges, end cover, tubesheets, baffles/Impingement/partition plates.
Air cooled heat exchanger package: Design guidelines, references, calculations for overall heat transfer. Estimate power for reciprocating compressor and fans. Mechanical design calculations for header boxes, fintubes, nozzles, fluid velocity and pressure drop at inside of tubes and engine exhaust pipe.
Flue gas steel stack: Design guidelines, references and calculations for wind force, deflection and maximum amplitude. Mechanical and structural strength and stability calculations due to stack weight, vortex shedding, ovalling, seismic load. Analysis for stack opening, base plate, anchor bolt, pressure drop and natural draft.
Piping class: Preparation and documentation, design calculation for piping components such as pipes thickness, fittings assessment, flanges thickness and their stress analysis, blanks and spacers thickness, bolts area, bolt torquing and branch connection.

Thermal insulation for pipe: Insulation material selection and their properties, insulation layer structure, calculation for insulation thickness and economic insulation thickness.
Buried pipe: Guidelines for material selection, corrosion protection and pipe laying conditions, design method and flexible and rigid pipes criteria. Design calculation for soil pressure and loads due to soil backfilling and truck load (point load) on the ground surface, pipe wall stress analysis, pipe deformation and ovality acceptance criteria.
